My version of the "Sophisticated Furry"
Designed for a local show with some sweet bands.
Redhawks, the midwestern charm, goodnight gold dust and the Traveling Suitcase

done with black ballpoint pen and a bit of Photoshop coloring

Your strokes are some of the most sophisticated I have ever seen. Not to mention very beautiful. Do you use the same size pen all the time?

Well thank you so much! For this piece, yes, this was all done with a ballpoint pen that I stole from my bank

But you will notice what i use to ink for my other pieces may be with something else. I'm mostly a brush and ink girl, but it changes from piece to piece

I'm a charcoal person, so I never get fine lines like this unless I really try. It always amazes me that some artists think it's weird when I find a particular line and call it and only it beautiful. There are so many of those lines in this!
