Ice Creaming new icon

This was done for my business of cartooning class at the Joe Kubert school. The assignment was to create a brand for our art, something we could slap at the top of a resume, make an icon, use as a letter signature etc. I really liked how it came out in the end and I think it's about time I change my boring current icon, so I might put this new one up there soon. What do you think? Critiques always welcome! You guys have a good one!
